Records kept by Lois Anderson, Administration Department representative to the Human Resources Planning Unit [also known as the Human Services Act Coordinating Unit]. The unit was composed of representatives from the state departments of administration, welfare, health, and corrections, the State Planning Agency, the Governor's Office of Program Development, and several pilot human services boards. The unit worked under the State Planning Agency to study options for human services integration in the state as outlined in the 1973 Human Services Act [Laws 1973 c716].
